Simply select the product you wish to purchase, then select the button "Add to Cart" Follow the directions and you can order your products online with a credit card. Volume disconts will be automatically calculated. If you do not have a credit card, you can place your order by calling our office at 310-914-9557 M-F, 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST. Back to Top 2. How do I get samples of Hemp Traders' fabrics? From any page, go to the menu bar and select "Hemp Samples" from the "Products/Services" drop down menu. Then you can order a sample of any one of our hemp products, along with our catalog and price list. Does Hemp Traders have any price breaks for larger orders? Yes. Pricing is based upon volume. We have price breaks on all of our products. All of our prices including volume discounts are located on the detailed description when you click on a product. Prices are also included in our catalog. Back to Top 6. Can Hemp Traders ship to countries outside the United States? Yes, Hemp Traders has the ability to ship to other countries from their Los Angeles office, as well as directly from their mills in China. Orders shipped from Los Angeles may be placed over the internet. Pre-orders shipped from China must be placed on the phone. Within the United States we ship using FEDEX. You can choose any one of Fedex shipping methods from ground service to next day air service. Outside the United States we shp using the United States postal service. Back to Top 8. How much will I be charged for shipping? Shipping costs are based upon standard Fedex rates and U.S. postal rates which include the cost of freight and insurance. Back to Top 9. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? California residents are required by law to pay sales tax on their orders unless you have a California resellers number. If you have a California resales number, please call our office when placing your order to inform us. Back to Top 10. How can I pay for my purchases? Internet Sales are by Credit card only. We take VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to pay by check, money order, or COD, please call our office and place your order on the phone. Back to Top 11. When will my credit card be billed? We do not bill your credit card when the order is placed. We bill the card only on the day it is shipped. Back to Top 12. What is your SECURITY POLICY? Our site is secure via industry standard Security Certificate Issued by THAWTE Inc. Any of your sensitive data transferred across this SSL Certificate will be encrypted (hidden) so that nobody on the internet will be able to see your information. Back to Top 13. What is your CUSTOMER INFORMATION POLICY? We do not sell or give out any customer information. All information regarding our customers is kept confidential. Back to Top 14. How will my order be confirmed? Your order will by confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. You will receive another email with your invoice and tracking number the day your order is shipped Back to Top 15. How long after I place my order will it be shipped? Usually orders will be shipped within 24 hours or by the end of the next business day. If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified. You will receive a confirmation invoice by e-mail on the day the order is shipped. Back to Top 16. How can I TRACK MY ORDER once it is shipped? Each shipment will have a Fedex tracking number assigned to it. The Fedex tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day it ships. We will also e-mail the invoice. Back to Top 17. What is your RETURN POLICY? We will be happy to take back any product that is unsatisfactory. All returns must be authorized and will be credited when product is returned. All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN CUT, DYED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Back to Top 18. Where and how are Hemp Traders' hemp fabrics produced? Most of our products are made in China, but a few of them come from Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Canada. It is currently illegal to grow hemp in the United States. The hemp used in our products is grown without harmful pesticides or fertilizers. Chemicals used in processing the hemp fiber are minimal and the fabric is sold in an unbleached, natural state. All the cotton in our hemp/cotton blends is made from certified organic cotton grown in Turkey. No child or prison labor is used in the manufacture of our products. Back to Top 19. Can Hemp Traders' hemp fabrics be softened? Yes, Hemp Traders has the ability to wash and soften all of their fabrics.
